OUR EVOLUTION
A journey shaped by engineering, scale and continuous adaptation.
1981 – 1995
Foundation years. Began with brass valve forging in a 250 sq ft workshop.
1996 – 2005
Formation of Bhatia Alloy. Expansion into aluminium forging and early exports.
2006 – 2012
Entry into automotive and motorcycle components. Built global supply relationships.
2013 – 2018
Expanded machining, anodising, and CNC capabilities. Entered premium global supply chains.
2020 – Present
New units, rapid capacity expansion, and deeper focus on EV and lightweight engineering.
